Cutting Down Some Calories!

Haha..I was so surprise that my weight has increased in an amount that I can't believe it myself. 5 Kilo's people?Damn it!After 2 months of semester breaks, ignoring exercises and consuming too much of that high calorie, fat and sweet in my daily food consumption; nah!this is the result!I am on my way down to that stage called overweight!But hell No!hahaha..Right now I'm putting some efforts to reduce it slightly, just to be by all means of healthy. All I need is just the discipline and determination to control my desire to eat a lot. I've got to tell you that I am a food lovers. Haha..And I'm blogging this so that I can remember that I have something to do with my weight. Huh..I'm planning to reduce it to 0.5-1Kg in a week because that's the principle of losing weight. And 6 months is the ideal range of time to lose weight. Exercise is a must (Nanti la fikir macam mana..huhu). Okay people hehe, anyway wishing everyone Gong Xi Fatt Choi!

Kong, sya memang naik ni bdn kalau x exercise sama mkn sj kerja..hehe..susah oo mo kasi turun once naik begini..rahsia?xtau la pula tapi bgantung sama kadar metabolisme bdn kunun..huhu..sy rasa kdr mtblisme bdn ko cepat kan so lambat la nek berat bdn..huhu..
